Appointments
We understand that your days are busy with work and/or school; however, not all appointments can be done after school and /or work or in the evenings. We all have families that we enjoy spending time with at home, and scheduling everyone after school and/or work hours would be impractical. Please be understanding of this and know we are working to schedule everyone fairly and to render effective and efficient dental treatment.
Please try to keep all appointments and arrive on time. We do routinely make reminder calls for every procedure. We also offer appointment reminders via e-mail. Please provide us with your e-mail address if you would like to receive these reminders! If you must change your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, so we are able to accommodate other patients who need to see us. If you have something broken or hurting, please call to make arrangements to take care of it either with an emergency visit or at your next scheduled appointment.
We continually strive to help you in your busy schedule by staying on time with our scheduled appointments and with the expected length of your treatment. Following the above policy will help us to continue to do so.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
CareCredit
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, and offer low- and no-interest financing options through the CareCredit system. With CareCredit, you can finance your entire treatment into interest-free payments up to 24 months, or with a low interest rate for payments up to 60 months on qualified balances.
